Hey everybody, it's me, Scott, the Scott that puts the Scott in Up North Scott. I am Traverse City's #1 blogger because of my engaging wit and glut of posts. And because, quite possibly, I'm Traverse City's only blogger. Sure, people from outside the city - state - country have written about the city, but they don't live here. They give you the "Top 10 Things to do in Traverse City, and #7 is Amazing!!!" clickbait BS, but I'm posting about life here. A little history, a little fun things to do, a little buildings going up and buildings going down - that sort of thing.

I moved to Traverse City from the Lansing area (Haslett!) in 2020, a fun year to move. I enjoy cycling (the Leelanau Trail is just minutes from my house), running, hiking and kayaking.
